The Signature
Icon is our great Santorini. It is the authentic expression of the majestic terroir of Santorini. This great Assyrtiko, with the strong structure, the purity and density of the fruit, matures in a concrete oval tank for 9 months. Inside the tank an internal vortex happens, a continuous movement of fine lees, offering a natural batonnage. Icon is a wine that unfolds in every sip its volcanic origin, and floods the glass with the sea breeze that surrounds the island.

Description
Tasting Notes: Dense fruit – nectarines , apricots and lemon blossom – presence of sea breeze with remarkable salinity. On the palate the wine has sharp acidity and minerality. Clean, strict, with a strong structure. The Icon has high complexity and great salty aftertaste.
