Based on the Greek hospitality, we welcome the winelovers with an interactive winetourism model. The tour is led by our sommeliers. Starting with the viticultural greek map, there unfolds the Assyrtiko table. The tour continues with a part of the wine-production, and ends up in the Afoura cellar.

The restaurant’s menu is created to match the Anhydrous wines. Inspired by the local culinary tradition of Santorini, highlights the island’s raw material. Signed by the famous Greek award-winning Chef Giannis Baxevanis, it smells Greek gastronomic heritage and Sunday family gatherings.
The story of AVANTIS ESTATE begins in 1994 when the first AVANTIS wine was bottled by Apostolos Mountrichas in March 5th, 1994, vintage 1993.
