THE LOGO

The symbolic depiction of the Santorinian vineyard and the elements of nature that determine the quality of wines. Volcano, Sun, Air, Water, Earth, accompanied with Ash and Salt.

PHILOSOPHY

The bond of island's volcanic microclimate to the wines' typicity. The expression of fruit's purity, the strict structure and the varietal characteristics are present in Anhydrous wines.

KOULOURA

The vines in Santorini have a unique training system worldwide, called ``basket`` or ``kouloura``.

AFOURA

The old Santorinian vinegrowers and winemakers used to name Afoura all the oak barrels for wine maturation, of one tone or more.

pH 2.9

Santorini is the only viticulture region in Greece that produces white wines with such a low pH.

AWARDS

Our wines have won more than 50 awards. Dolphins 93/100 W & S, Afoura 94/100 Decanter.

The restaurant’s menu is designed by the famous Greek Chef Michael Marthas. It matches perfectly Anhydrous wines. Inspired by the local culinary tradition of Santorini, highlights the island’s raw material and smells Greek gastronomic heritage.
