The restaurant’s menu is designed by the famous Greek Chef Giannis Baxevanis. It matches perfectly Anhydrous wines. Inspired by the local culinary tradition of Santorini, highlights the island’s raw material and smells Greek gastronomic heritage.

Apostolos Mountrichas founded Avantis Estate in Evia – Central Greece in 1993.
In 2012 he founded Avantis Santorini. He ranamed it in 2021 to Anhydrous.
An experiential experience, with a very innovative interactive model of wine tasting, so that the winelover will unfold the Santorinian wine.
