Here in Anhydrous, we honour the famous Greek hospitality and we welcome winelovers with an interactive winetourism model. The tour is presented by a highly trained sommelier or an oenologist. It starts in our small vineyard outside of the Cellar Door and ends up in the cellar.
The tastings are presented by our talented sommeliers. Enjoy unique wine experiences through different wine tastings. Whether you wish to have a wine tasting or a food & wine pairing, you will end up with an outmost experience that will lead you to a lifetime memory.
The restaurant’s menu is created to match the Anhydrous wines. Inspired by the local culinary tradition of Santorini, highlights the island’s raw material. Signed by the famous award-winning Greek Chef Giannis Baxevanis, it smells Greek gastronomic heritage and Sunday family gatherings.
The story of AVANTIS ESTATE begun in 1994. It was founded by the winemaker Mr. Apostolos Mountrichas in Evia region, part of Mainland Greece.
An experiential experience, with a very innovative interactive model of wine tasting, so that the winelover will unfold the Santorinian wine.
